How to watch the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game between UND and Michigan State — Fargo Schools news

GRAND FORKS — UND and Michigan State will play in the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game at 7:07 p.m. Saturday night in suburban Austin, Texas. The game's television broadcast and stream will be similar to a regular UND home game. Midco Sports will carry the game (channel 27/622 HD locally in Grand Forks). NCHC TV will stream it. Midco's regular broadcast team is scheduled to work the game — Alex Heinert play-by-play, Jim Scanlan analyst, Taylor Budge rinkside, Greg Enkers producer. Midco and the National Collegiate Hockey Conference were both willing to let NHL Network to carry Midco's feed for its national television audience, according to multiple sources. NHL Network also was interested in carrying the game — which will feature the most NHL first-round draft picks ever to play in a college hockey game (13) — but the deal fell apart in the final stages, a source said. The Fighting Hawks Radio Network will carry the game on radio (The Fox 96.1 FM locally).
