The battle of two undefeated teams started out with an opening drive touchdown for the Lions when senior QB Justin Bosch connected on fourth down with sophomore receiver Charles Schuetzle on a 22 yard strike at the 9:55 mark of quarter one. The two point conversion was failed. The Loboes were not phased as they marched 67 yards on eight plays and tied the game when senior Colby Thielges bolted in from 10 yards out. Senior QB Mason Warcken ran in the two point conversion and LLM was on top 8-6. Following a Lions punt then pinned the Loboes deep at their own seven yard line, Warcken orchestrated an impressive 13 play 93 yard TD drive that was capped off when freshman Oliver Lesko refused to go down and blasted his way to pay dirt with a 24 yard run. The two point conversion was failed but the Loboes led 14-6 and never looked back. Lesko had a monster game as he added a 24 yard TD catch in quarter two and a five yard TD run in quarter three. He also snuffed out a Red-zone chance for the Lions in quarter three with an interception. Thielges tacked on a three yard TD run in the third, and Warcken tossed a couple second half TD passes, one to senior Joey Potts from 39 yards and another to senior Logan Potts, also from  39 yard out. Warcken also added a one yard TD run in the second half. Sophomore DL Owen DeLaBarre chipped in with a strip sack fumble that was recorded by LLM. The Loboes take their 12-0 record to Fargo next Friday, and will face a familiar foe, as LLM and New Rockford-Sheyenne-Maddock will battle in the 9-Man title game for the third year in a row. The Rockets are trying to threepeat after ending Napoleon/Gackle Streeter season on Saturday 46-14. The 12-0 Loboes and the 12-0 Rockets will play the second game on Friday with coverage on KDDR The Tornado beginning at 11am. NRSM has won 37 games in a row. Linton/HMB wrapped up the season at 11-1.
